Casino Floor Supervisor Casino Merced Merced, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $24 - $30 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Financial transaction processing Handling large sums of money Customer service Performing background checks Full Job Description Job Description Floorpersons will manage other staff members along with handling various monetary transactions. These transactions will include redemptions and sales of chips, refilling of dealers' trays, collection of tournament buy-ins, and corporation transactions.

•Other duties may be assigned as needed. Essential Duties Floorperson will oversee the gambling floor and other areas on site; primarily focusing on: Gaming Decisions Drop Collections Dealer Rotations Cash and Chip Transactions Responsibilities Floorperson will provide a high level of customer service to patrons. Ensure all games and transactions comply with house rules and state regulations. Knows all game rules, pay rates, collection rates for tables. Supervise and manage other employees under direct report. Refill and balance dealer trays. Redeem customer chips. Inspect and maintain cards and equipment. Maintain a clean working environment. Cooperate with other staff members and upper management. Work Requirements Key Employees are required to pass an extensive government background check. Floormen will protect and execute games according to house rules. Floormen will be required to have knowledge of all game rules and procedures. Floormen will be required to be able to handle high cash volume. Understands and ensures player-dealer rotation.
