Company Overview Platinum Therapy is a premier national provider of comprehensive pediatric therapy services. Our dedicated team of clinicians delivers exceptional, personalized care both in-person and through our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Position Summary Platinum Therapy is seeking multiple passionate, Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologists for rewarding in-person, school-based roles in Modesto, CA. In this role, you will partner directly with local schools to assess students, manage IEP goals, and provide essential speech therapy that helps children build lifelong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs. Develop and execute data-driven, individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals. Deliver engaging, student-centered therapy sessions tailored to diverse learning profiles. Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust intervention plans as needed. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Qualifications & Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program. Current California state license as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain). Strong working knowledge of pediatric speech development and school-based service models. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous school or pediatric experience is strongly preferred.
