May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a collaborative K-12 school setting in Modesto, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. Position Details 2026-2027 School Year Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered) On-Site K-12 Caseload (specific assignment discussed during the interview) Zoom interviews available Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reviews Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License School-based experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Benefits of Working with Soliant Competitive pay: $75-$80/hour, based on experience Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Weekly Pay Guaranteed hours for both direct and indirect services Travel stipends available for eligible candidates Dedicated recruiter support from application through assignment Ready to learn more?
