Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field Active state licensure or eligibility CCC-SLP certification, or qualifying for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) Previous experience in pediatrics or school-based settings preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Role Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists to support students academic and social success Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines Attend and participate in IEP meetings and school-related activities Engage in ongoing professional development
