Job Description

This contract opportunity invites a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to collaborate with passionate educators and nurture students potential. Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one) Prior schools-based experience preferred, particularly with diverse populations Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate students to determine speech-language needs and develop individualized intervention plans Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication challenges Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to promote progress and positive outcomes Maintain accurate, timely records of assessments, goals, and ongoing services Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of meaningful, measurable goals Support and educate staff and families regarding communication strategies and best practices This contract position offers a unique chance to expand your professional horizons in a supportive, engaging school community.
