Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - PRN / On-Call Cypress Ridge Care Center Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN / on-call basis. This is a great opportunity for a flexible clinician who enjoys working with a diverse patient population in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Compensation $50/hour and up (DOE - Depending on Experience) Position Summary The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Perform speech-language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing function Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate patients, families, and caregivers Qualifications Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting is a plus Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Schedule PRN / On-call, flexible scheduling based on facility needs Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Cypress Ridge Care Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
