Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential Active state licensure (or eligibility) in California Experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary-aged students Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings, assessments, and direct therapy for students Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation and track progress Consult with school administrators and participate in student support meetings
