Qualifications & Experience:
Active SLP license (Speech-Language Pathologist) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in elementary settings Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a variety of learning styles and needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address IEP goals and objectives Document student progress and regularly update teachers and parents on outcomes Work closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and team consultations Provide both direct therapy and consultative services as needed This engaging role allows you to make a positive impact in students' academic and social development.
