Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in California Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered Experience delivering speech and language services in school settings Proficient with developing and implementing IEPs Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress Maintain detailed student records and provide regular progress updates Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences Utilize evidence-based practices and up-to-date therapeutic strategies Offer consultation, resources, and training to educational staff as needed This position offers the chance to work with a diverse student population in a supportive, cooperative environment.
