Desired qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Possession of California SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain. Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in process of completing CFY. Prior pediatric or school-based experience is advantageous—new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds are welcomed. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with educators, families, and school teams. Commitment to culturally responsive practice and creating inclusive learning environments.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to an engaging caseload spanning PreK-5th grade. Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document student progress. Collaborate with teachers, family members, and multidisciplinary staff to support student goals. Employ evidence-based practices and creative therapy techniques tailored to individual student needs. Manage your time efficiently across two supportive campuses, ensuring continuity of care and services.
