Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Murrieta, CA, offering a contract position within an educational setting. This role is ideal for an experienced SLP dedicated to supporting students' communication development in a school environment.
Key qualifications and experience:
Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology Familiarity with healthcare and school-based speech therapy services Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), with preference for fully licensed candidates Strong skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders within school-aged children Primary responsibilities include: Providing direct therapy services to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs) Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and progress reports Participating in meetings related to student progress and educational planning Benefits of this position: Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer match This contract role in Murrieta supports a professional environment focused on student growth and effective communication outcomes.
