Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students' communication needs in a lively, districtwide setting! As an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC required), you'll make an immediate impact while collaborating with educators and families to promote academic and personal growth for a diverse group of learners. This role offers a balanced schedule: work 35 hours per week with a consistent 8:30AM - 4:00PM timetable and a midday break for lunch. You will manage a caseload of 35-40 students across various school sites, providing essential speech and language services. Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills Comfortable working districtwide and adapting to different environments Passion for working with pediatric populations
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services onsite to students, according to individual IEPs Conduct assessments and create comprehensive reports Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable goals Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and administrators Document student progress, maintain records, and communicate regularly with families Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with state and federal regulations
