Length of Work Year 1 year Employment Type Full Time Job Summary Job Summary Stepping Stones Therapy is seeking a full-time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a middle school caseload for the 2026-2027 school year. We welcome both experienced SLPs and strong Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates who are passionate about helping students succeed academically and socially. Position Details Full-Time Middle School Setting Monday-Friday (school calendar schedule) CFY candidates encouraged to apply Responsibilities Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments. Provide individual and small-group therapy services. Develop and monitor IEP goals. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families. Maintain required documentation and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active or eligible state SLP license. CFY or CCC-SLP eligible. Strong communication and organizational skills. School-based experience preferred but not required.
