$80.00 per hour

Home Health and Hospice Travel:
Home visits are required
Transportation:
Reliable personal transportation is required Responsibilities Evaluate patients' speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs. Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans. Perform ongoing assessments and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Provide patient and family education regarding treatment goals and home-care strategies. Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted California Speech-Language Pathologist license. At least 18 months of experience in an acute-care setting. Current Basic Life Support certification. Reliable transportation for field-based assignments. Ability to complete home visits as scheduled.
