Desired Experience and Credentials:

Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience or strong interest working with elementary-aged students in a school-based setting Knowledgeable in IEP processes, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educators and families Ability to provide both virtual and in-person services as needed Excellent communication skills and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary caseload Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs Collaborate effectively with teachers, counselors, and families to promote student success Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Deliver engaging therapy sessions, adjusting methods for remote or onsite environments as appropriate
