Speech & Language Therapy is a private practice committed to providing high-quality virtual speech-language services to school-aged children. We collaborate with school districts across California to support students with diverse communication needs—virtually and effectively. We pride ourselves on flexible schedules, meaningful client relationships, and clinician support. We are currently seeking a California-based, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual therapy for K-12 students during the 2025-2026 school year. This is a 1099 contractor position, ideal for SLPs looking for remote, flexible work while making a difference in education. Responsibilities
  • Provide engaging virtual speech-language therapy to students
  • Complete virtual evaluations, assessments, and progress reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and session notes
  • Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams

  • Must live in California
  • Active California SLP license
  • California credentials Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Comfortable with virtual platforms and digital tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet and HIPAA/FERPA-compliant workspace
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a school setting (preferred)
  • Familiarity with California IEP systems and compliance
  • Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus
