Key Qualifications:
Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) Licensed, or eligible for licensure, as an SLP in California Solid experience in school-based settings strongly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Dedication to planning and implementing individualized treatment programs Positive, solution-focused approach with students, families, and staff
Your Impact:
Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy to students Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and educational staff to foster student progress Maintain accurate records, document therapy sessions, and participate in IEP meetings Utilize evidence-based strategies in therapy and interventions Adapt session content and delivery to suit a diverse caseload and varied student needs Offer professional insights and recommendations to support student growth This is your opportunity to utilize your clinical skills in a collaborative school setting, balancing meaningful work with a flexible, part-time schedule.
