Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility Previous experience working with early childhood, elementary, or secondary school-aged children Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and implementing speech and language interventions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders within a school setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals for students in Pre-K, K-5, grades 6-8, and grades 9-12 Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in groups Consult and communicate progress with teachers, parents, and staff Maintain accurate records and document student progress in compliance with school and state standards Stay informed of best practices and participate in professional development
