Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Valid SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in California Experience or passion for working with elementary-aged children Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and service providers Strong communication and organizational proficiency Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals Work closely with teachers and support staff to integrate speech/language interventions into classrooms Conduct individual and small-group therapy sessions Maintain detailed records of evaluations, progress notes, and communication with families Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student success Provide resources and training to educators and family members as needed
