Desired Expertise & Requirements:

Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA, or eligibility for licensure in California Previous experience working in school or healthcare settings is highly valued Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and interdisciplinary collaboration Comfort working with a diverse student population and addressing a wide range of speech/language disorders Teletherapy candidates should have strong digital literacy and reliable access to technology Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate students' speech, language, and communication needs across K-12 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in-person or via telepractice platforms Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain timely records, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings as needed Provide guidance and expertise to other educational staff regarding communication disorders This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally, impact students' lives daily, and collaborate within a committed educational team.
