Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role where you'll provide essential support to students in an elementary school setting as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract position offers the flexibility to choose between full-time or part-time hours and an immediate start or placement for the 2025-2026 school year. Engage with a diverse caseload, using your expertise to help young learners develop crucial communication skills for academic and personal growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP state license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience working in school settings preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for elementary-aged students Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with IEP goals Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights to inform academic planning Stay current on best practices, resources, and continuing education This school-based opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in children's lives while enjoying the flexibility of contract work.
