Qualifications:
Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license Current CTC (California Teaching Credential) required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Comfortable working full-time (7.5 hours/day, 5 days/week) Experience with high school students is a bonus, but not mandatory Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy to K-8th grade students within the school setting Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain timely and accurate documentation for student progress Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals Provide support and intervention for students with a range of speech and language needs Experience a fulfilling contract role where your skills directly support student growth and success.
