Desired Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong new graduates will be considered School-based SLP experience desired, including knowledge of IEP and special education processes Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Compassionate approach to working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Document services provided and student outcomes using school systems Serve as an advocate and resource for best communication practices in the educational environment Adapt therapy to virtual or in-person sessions as needed Benefits of this
