Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive therapy team in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Petaluma, CA . This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking for flexibility, a collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adult and geriatric patients. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide dysphagia assessment and treatment Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment and strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in care planning and discharge recommendations Qualifications Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
