Job Description

Essential Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active California SLP License is required. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC). Experience providing therapy in educational settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborative team approaches. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled speech and language therapy to students, supporting their diverse needs. Conduct evaluations to identify student goals and create tailored treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate records of assessments, services delivered, and student progress. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the interdisciplinary team efforts. Stay current with best practices and state or district-specific guidelines.
