Our state-of-the-art sensory integration clinic is equipped with various therapeutic tools to support children's development and well-being. Summary We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Foundations Therapy Service. In this role, you will assess and treat children with speech and language disorders, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary staff to ensure the best outcomes for our clients. This role is a school-based contract in Pittsburg, CA, 4 days per week with salary spread agreement option for 12 month pay. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's speech and language abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results. Implement evidence-based interventions to improve communication skills. Collaborate with occupational therapists and other professionals to provide holistic care. Educate families on strategies to support their child's communication development. Monitor and document progress towards therapy goals. Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Experience working with pediatric populations preferred. Strong understanding of early intervention practices and techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.
