Ten passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) are needed to help foster communication growth and academic success for a primarily PreK5th grade caseload. In this vital role, you will work in-person as part of an interdisciplinary team, focusing on a diverse group of learners. Youll enjoy a structured schedule with 7.75-hour workdays, including a 30-minute duty-free lunch, and set hours from 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM. Caseloads are thoughtfully managed, with a maximum of 55 students per SLPensuring every child receives dedicated attention.
What youll bring:
California licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary-aged students. Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and delivery. Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Commitment to in-person work throughout the contract.
Your responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans. Deliver evidence-based direct therapy, both individually and in groups. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session notes. Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and advocating for students needs. Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of skills across settings.
