Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Travel Provide specialized speech-language pathology services in an educational setting situated in Placerville, CA. This travel position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the communication skills and overall development of pediatric and school-aged students.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders to identify needs and strengths Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique goals Deliver targeted therapy sessions designed to improve speech and language abilities Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of each student's progress and response to interventions Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other school professionals to ensure integrated and effective care Involve and educate families to support treatment goals and promote carryover outside of sessions
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Additional Requirements:
Active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in the practicing state Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology obtained or in progress This role offers the chance to enhance professional growth with the support of an experienced, state-specific advisory team comprised of licensed SLPs.
