Ideal Candidates Licensed Speech-Language Pathologists with a passion for pediatrics Clinicians with 3+ years of experience interested in mentorship or leadership opportunities New graduates with strong clinical curiosity and a collaborative mindset are encouraged to apply Comfortable working across clinic, home, and school-based settings Neuro-affirming, strengths-based, and culturally responsive in their care Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services and consultation in-person and remotely as needed Conduct evaluations, reassessments, and ongoing clinical assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and functional, meaningful goals Complete documentation and reports according to professional standards and timelines Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive team environment Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active California Speech-Language Pathology license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred CPR certification Proof of immunizations and TB clearance Eligible to work in the United States Minimum of 1 year of pediatric speech therapy experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Prompt biweekly payment Access to formalized assessments, therapy materials, and clinical equipment Administrative support with scheduling and coordination Ongoing clinical collaboration and support Flexibility to support work-life balance Job Type Part-time / Full-time / Per Diem Pay $55.00
