A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

School-Based | Onsite Only Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact in students' lives? We're seeking a dedicated Bilingual Spanish-speaking SLP to join a supportive school team serving a diverse student population. If you're committed to helping children reach their communication goals, we'd love to connect with you! Not bilingual? We still encourage you to apply! Qualified monolingual SLP candidates will also be considered.

What You'll Do:

Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services to school-aged students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Support students with a variety of communication needs within the school setting

Position Details:

35 hours per week Onsite only School-based setting Opportunity to work within a collaborative and student-focused team Seeking candidates with prior school-based experience

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active or eligible California state SLP license Prior school-based experience required Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
