9678655-93257 Job Description Step into a meaningful opportunity supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist in an elementary school setting. This in-person position begins in early November and provides a welcoming environment where your skills will make a genuine difference for students from preschool through 6th gradeall at one location near Porterville, CA. Youll work with a manageable group, delivering direct speech and language services to 43 students, while overseeing case management for 22 students. In this pivotal role, youll also conduct pending assessments (currently 3) and collaborate with colleagues to create the best educational experience. The contract runs from November 1st to April 1st, with the possibility of an extension.
Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid California SLP license and credential CCCs required, but new graduates completing their CFY are welcome to apply Experience or strong interest in school-based settings, especially elementary age groups Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities Comfort with diverse student populations and a range of communication needs
Responsibilities:
