Qualifications:

Hold or be eligible for California SLP licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Experience in school settings and/or pediatric speech therapy Background in both healthcare and educational environments preferred Ability to work full-time, on-site, for 37.5 hours per week Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, individually and in small groups Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in partnership with multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance documentation Offer ongoing consultation and support to teachers, staff, and families Participate actively in IEP and school staff meetings Help create an inclusive, supportive environment for children at varying stages of development This full-time role offers a pay range of $60-75 per hour, giving you the chance to make a positive difference while earning competitive compensation.
