A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Radiant Kids Therapy is made up of an amazing team of exceptional Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, along with a stellar Administrative Team that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. As a therapist-run company, our therapists' job satisfaction and support are of paramount importance to us. We have openings for Full-Time or Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists. We see all of our young clients in-home . You would be visiting clients in their homes , closest to where you live and based on your preferred driving radius.

Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Wildomar, Winchester Riverside, Norco, Corona, Jurupa Valley, Valle Vista Canyon Lake, Homeland, Sun City, Lake Elsinore Perris, Moreno Valley, Lakeland Village, Nuevo, Lakeview, March AFB, Woodcrest Hemet, East Hemet, Homeland, San Jacinto Idyllwild, Valle Vista, Sage Beaumont, Banning Aguanga We are currently looking for licensed therapists with the following qualifications:
CA SLP/PT/OT
License Previous clinical experience with kids is preferred Available for at least 8 hours/week Must maintain personal automobile liability insurance with minimum bodily injury liability limits of $100,000 per person/$300,000 per accident. Proof of coverage will be required following hire. Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills Time management and organizational skills Comfortable with technology; able to learn digital platforms (EMR, Google Drive, etc.) Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Have good physical stamina and mental health Enjoy collaborating with families and colleagues, and also enjoy the autonomy an in-home position provides Enjoy working with young kids (most clients are 1-3; we also see up through age 18) Ability to communicate clearly and establish rapport with the family Want to work with a supportive, therapist-owned, therapist-centered company Want to feel the gratification of making a significant impact in the lives of clients and their grateful families!
Compensation and Employment Status Licensed SLPs, PTs & OTs:
Hourly rates range from $65-80 per service hour; Full-Time ranges from $80,000-$105,000+/year. All positions are W-2 (employee) with great benefits.
