9664262-92503 Job Description Step into a rewarding and impactful position supporting elementary students as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a dynamic educational setting. This contract opportunity begins January 4th and extends through the end of March, with the potential for a longer assignment. Youll work with a caseload of 55 students at a single site, collaborating with dedicated teams and implementing individualized supports for a diverse mix of speech-only and resource students.

Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Previous school-based experience preferred, ideally with elementary-aged learners State licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for California Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and update individualized education plans (IEPs) according to each students unique needs Provide direct and consultative therapy services Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines Collaborate closely with educators, caregivers, and other support staff to maximize student progress
