Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor clinical fellows and SLPAs in accordance with ASHA guidelines. Evaluate and diagnose speech and language impairments/disorders for individuals from birth to adulthood. Provide evidence-based therapy to achieve positive outcomes. Educate families and staff on carryover exercises to support progress. Collaborate with parents, teachers, physicians, and allied health professionals. Minimum Qualifications Active California SLP license. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP). Successful background check. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills. Team-oriented with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
