Job Description

Step into a vital role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for a leave replacement assignment. Beginning January 4th and slated through the end of March—with the possibility for extension—you'll work directly with a caseload of 55 students at a single elementary site. This rewarding opportunity involves collaborating with a mixture of speech-only and resource students, making a meaningful difference in their communication development.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Valid SLP licensure, including SLP-CCC certification Previous school-based experience or strong interest in working with elementary students Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring for speech services Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students, developing individualized treatment plans Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in IEP meetings Maintain accurate records and progress notes per school and state requirements Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to support student goals
Assignment Highlights:
