Key Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) Valid and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure Prior experience in school settings, ideally with multiple age groups Strong understanding of IEP procedures and documentation Passion for supporting students from Pre-K through high school Organizational skills to manage caseloads and paperwork efficiently Excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff and families

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students at varying developmental stages Develop individualized therapy plans and deliver targeted interventions Participate in multidisciplinary teams to formulate IEP goals and progress reports Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support generalization of skills into the classroom Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements Provide direct therapy services individually and in small groups Stay current on best practices, therapy materials, and educational trends relevant to speech-language pathology in K-12 settings
