We are preparing to launch medical staffing services shortly. In this role, you will provide direct patient care to a diverse population and manage documentation. This position could lead to a full-time role in which case benefits would be provided: Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.. We provide training and staff assistance for our software systems.

Position Requirements:

For Home Health Assignments:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• SSN card, TB test, and Physical Exam.
• CPR/BLS card and Immunization records.

For other

Staffing Assignments:

• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• SSN card, TB test, and Physical Exam.
• CPR/BLS card and Immunization records.

Compensation:

Pay is on a per-diem (per-visit) basis for Home Health Visits, And Hourly for Staffing assignments. Most Home Health visits typically include drive time and approximately 20-40 minutes of therapy. For non Home health visits, we will agree upon an hourly rate which may potentially change per assignment, but we would always get your approval in advance.
