Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Candidates Will Be Considered) Multiple On-Site Positions Available We are seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a school-based team in Portsmouth, VA for the 2026-2027 school year . This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Position Responsibilities Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to students Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations Qualifications Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist License required School-based experience preferred, but not required Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Clinical Fellowship Support CFY candidates are encouraged to apply Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision and mentorship will be provided by experienced licensed professionals
