//www.rxnursing.com/ Responsibilities Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in the home setting Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient response and physician orders Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with agency and Medicare documentation standards Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals, safety, and home programs Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care Requirements Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current, valid California Speech-Language Pathology license Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Work Environment Travel by automobile to and from patient homes and the office; exposure to varied weather conditions Work is performed in a range of residential settings based on assigned caseload Additional Information This is an in-house employee position — not a contract or per diem staffing role Weekly pay Mileage reimbursement
