We provide individualized occupational therapy and speech-language services to young children and their families in their natural environments. Our therapists work directly with children and caregivers to help children build the skills they need to communicate, participate, play, and thrive. About the Position As an Early Intervention SLP, you will provide speech and language services to children from birth through age 3 in their homes, daycare settings, and other natural environments.
You will:
Provide individualized speech and language evaluations and treatment Develop and implement functional, family-centered treatment plans Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other members of the child's care team Help families incorporate communication strategies into everyday routines and activities Complete evaluations, progress reports, treatment notes, and other required documentation Collaborate with occupational therapists and other pediatric professionals Travel throughout your designated service area to provide services Support children with a wide range of communication, developmental, and sensory needs Compensation & Benefits We believe our therapists deserve to be well compensated for both the clinical care they provide and the time they invest in supporting children and families. What We Are Looking For We are looking for an SLP who is: Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California Passionate about working with infants, toddlers, and young children Comfortable providing therapy in homes and community-based settings Family-centered and able to coach caregivers as part of the therapeutic process Organized and able to manage documentation independently A strong communicator and team player Reliable, compassionate, and enthusiastic about pediatric therapy Comfortable traveling within your assigned service area Experience in early intervention or pediatrics is preferred, but we are happy to consider motivated SLPs who are new to early intervention.
