Speech-Language Pathologist Z Speech Therapy, INC San Diego, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $50 - $75 an hour 11 hours ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Articulation therapy Language therapy Master's degree Communication Sciences & Disorders Full Job Description Z Speech Therapy, Inc. | San Diego & North County San Diego Z Speech Therapy, Inc. is looking for a Clinical Fellow (CF) or licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing Early Intervention team. We provide speech and language therapy to young children in their homes and community settings. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, motivated, dependable, and enjoys working with young children and their families. What We Offer $50-$75 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications Part-time or full-time opportunities Flexible scheduling — you create your own schedule W-2 employment Workers' compensation insurance provided Therapeutic materials and resources provided Supportive, collaborative team environment Team meetings twice per month , including opportunities to connect and do something fun together Opportunity to learn from other speech language pathologists in the field and be compensated A low-micromanagement environment — we trust our clinicians to manage their caseloads and provide quality care Opportunity to grow with a small, clinician-focused practice Responsibilities Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children in Early Intervention Complete evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and required documentation Collaborate with families and other members of the child's care team Provide family-centered, developmentally appropriate therapy Maintain professional and timely communication with families and team members
Qualifications For Clinical Fellows:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligible to begin a Clinical Fellowship Strong interest in Early Intervention and working with young children
For Licensed SLPs:
California SLP license ASHA certification preferred Experience with Early Intervention is preferred but not required Why Join Z Speech Therapy?
