ASAP Start through 2026-2027 Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position with a school district in San Mateo, California. We are looking for a dedicated SLP to join our team immediately and continue through the 2026-2027 school year . We are scheduling interviews ASAP . This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment at an elementary school. You will be managing a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students and will have the dedicated assistance of an SLPA to support your therapy goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals. Supervise and collaborate effectively with an assigned Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to deliver services to a caseload of 45 students. Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings. Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Active California SLP license is required (or eligibility). California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Credential . ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply!Employment Type:
