This full-time, on-site contract opportunity supports an individual student through dedicated 1:1 speech-language therapy. As a valued member of the educational community, youll collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists to develop and implement personalized intervention plans that make a real difference in a childs daily life.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active California State license to practice as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-SLP) or eligible to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience providing school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with students, families, and school teams Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth

Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 speech and language therapy services as outlined in student IEPs Conduct comprehensive assessments and use data to inform individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to maximize student outcomes Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with special education regulations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
