Print Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide an individualized program to meet the needs of students with speech, language, hearing and communication delays.
- Implement state and local eligibility criteria for caseload selection.
- Serve as a resource and assist families and staff in observing, describing, and referring students with suspected and/or identified communication delays.
- Assist in referrals of students to agencies and specialists as appropriate.
- Serve as a member of the SST and IEP teams as appropriate
- Monitor student progress toward communication goals and objectives.
- Maintain required reports, records, and legal documents.
