Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), supporting an elementary school caseload near beautiful Shasta Lake, CA. This flexible role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, with start dates available either ASAP or for the 2025-2026 academic year—ideal for professionals seeking to tailor their assignment to fit their lifestyle and future plans.

Essential Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license in California Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Prior experience delivering speech and language services, preferably in an elementary school setting Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Dedicated to supporting students with diverse communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency difficulties Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to support student progress Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students
