Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active California SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA School-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and school needs Familiarity with California educational policies or relevant credentials highly desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct therapy and intervention to students onsite Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic success Maintain accurate records, write IEP goals, and participate in IEP meetings as needed Monitor student progress and adapt approaches to meet individual needs
