Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across multiple age groups, from early childhood through high school. This dynamic role focuses on delivering top-tier speech-language pathology services within a diverse and collaborative educational environment near Sunnyvale, CA.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active and valid SLP license in California Previous experience working with students in early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school (PreK-12) Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to develop engaging, effective individualized education programs (IEPs) Commitment to inclusive and culturally sensitive practices
Core Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech and language needs across multiple grade levels Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments Develop IEPs, maintain accurate records, and contribute to multi-disciplinary team meetings Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to students unique needs Offer expertise and coaching to teachers and support staff regarding speech-language development Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to maximize outcomes Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and maintain compliance with agency and state requirements
