Job Description

Take your expertise in speech-language pathology to a new level by working with K-12 students in a supportive, dynamic educational setting on a contract basis. This position, located near Sunnyvale, CA, offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of school-aged children, providing vital speech, language, and communication services. Desired Skills and Experience:
California SLP License required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates Experience in educational and healthcare settings working with pediatric populations, ideally in schools Competency with teletherapy platforms and technology Strong communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to evaluate students speech, language, and communication abilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs Deliver direct and consultative therapy in individual and group settings, both onsite and via teletherapy as needed Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support educational goals Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district requirements Provide guidance and training to staff and family members on supporting communication at school and home Youll enjoy a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits offering that includes weekly pay, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a matching 401k to support your financial future, and a flexible spending account for your needs.
