School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Full-Time | School-Based Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students? We are seeking a passionate and collaborative professional to join a supportive school district in Sunnyvale, CA. In this role, you'll help students develop the communication skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and beyond. Position Responsibilities Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals. Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for communication goals and services. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs in compliance with state and federal regulations. Support students with speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication needs. Utilize evidence-based practices to promote student growth and participation in the educational setting. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license. California school credential or eligibility, if required. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply. Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. What We Offer Competitive weekly pay.
