Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a lasting impact by supporting students' success as a Speech Language Pathologist serving grades PK-5. This full-time, contract opportunity is available immediately through the end of the school year and allows you to work across two well-supported school sites located near beautiful Sunnyvale, CA. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, you'll find an inclusive environment eager to welcome your skills and passion for communication support.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
Valid Speech Language Pathologist credential (California State License required). Accepting SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellows (CFY). Experience or strong interest in working with PK-5th grade students. Ability to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services in a school setting. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech/language services to elementary students at two nearby school locations. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress following school guidelines. Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting. Support a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students. This role offers a unique chance to develop your expertise in a collaborative educational community.
